How do I register

Register by entering our panel . After registering , you will be able to access all the features that our panel offers.

Will my server always be open?

Yes, any server will be open 24/7, whether it is being used or not. Whenever there is a maintenance downtime, you will be notified so that you can make your server safe, without sudden outages.

Are there any limitations?

None! Everything is at your disposal, console , file manager , databases and much more.

Where can I purchase the plans?

You can purchase the plans within the Panel, where you can choose different types of games . Then in the " Cart " section you can buy your plan. By doing so, the server will be automatically added to the " Client Area " section .

Do plans renew automatically?

Yes, but if you wish to cancel the plan you have purchased you can request it in the customer panel.

What payment methods do you support?

We currently only support PayPal and Credit/Debit Card methods .

Are there refunds?

No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be made after activation of the service, unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific agreement between the client and Plenix.
